Fajita Buffet Banquet Package
The fajita buffet package is available for $12.95 per person any day of the week. Food is set up and replenished for up to two hours. Your guests will be greeted with chips and salsa when they arrive. Our fajita buffet includes tender marinated beef and chicken breast, grilled with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. The following sides are also included for you and your guests’ enjoyment:
• Shredded Cheese
• Sour Cream
• Guacamole Salad
• Pico de Gallo
• Fresh Homemade Tortillas
• Beans (Charro, refried or black)
• Rice -
Appetizers
You can add an Appetizer Buffet for an additional $2 per person. Chips and salsa are included in the base price and do require the purchase of an Appetizer Buffet.
• Chile con Queso: creamy American cheese with chopped jalapeños, onions and bell peppers
• Stuffed Jalapeños: red jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese, fried in a potato batter and served with a hot & sweet jalapeño jelly -
Policies
• A deposit of $450 is required to secure your date. We cannot guarantee your date until we’ve received your deposit. This is not in addition to the prices below, this will be applied towards the prices below.
• A food and beverage minimum of $600 is required.
• A Service Fee will be applied to the bill (in addition to the food & beverage minimum) to cover the cost of set up, clean up and gratuity for the servers. The minimum is $350, but may be more depending on the size and specifications of your event.
• Alcoholic beverages are available as an open or cash bar.
• Guests may enter the banquet room at the scheduled time or they are welcome to wait in the bar or lobby areas if they arrive early.
• Base banquet prices include 3 hours of service time. Additional time is available for $25 for each additional 15 minutes.
• The event host may drop off decorating supplies in a properly labeled box up to 3 days before the event. Cakes may be delivered the morning of the event.
• In accordance with TABC regulations, no outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into our facility.
• Final guest count is required 4 business days before the event. Food will be prepared and charged based on this number. Additional food may be added during the event for additional guests.
